灌膠機膠水拉絲的原因有哪些？
1、開膠延遲
1. Opening delay
在翻開膠頭時，由于膠頭出膠口與膠閥之間有段間隔，這段之間沒有膠水，假如翻開膠頭輸出口后，立刻開端運動，會招致軌跡開端一小段缺膠。為避免這種狀況，在開膠后，延遲一段時間，等候膠水流出，再執行后續的運動。這段延遲時間稱為開膠延遲。
When opening the rubber head, there is no glue between the rubber head outlet and the rubber valve because of the interval between the rubber head outlet and the rubber valve. If the rubber head outlet is opened, it will start to move immediately, which will cause a small gap at the beginning of the trajectory. To avoid this situation, after opening the glue, delay for a period of time, wait for the glue to flow out, and then carry out the follow-up movement. This delay time is called the opening delay.
2、關膠延遲

在關閉膠頭后，膠頭出膠口與膠閥之間還有膠水未流完，假如在關閉膠頭后立刻運動，可能構成膠水拖尾現象。為避免發作，在關閉膠頭后，延遲一段時間等候膠水流完，再執行后續動作。這段延遲時間稱為關膠延遲。
After closing the rubber head, there is still unfinished glue between the rubber head outlet and the rubber valve. If the rubber head moves immediately after closing, it may constitute the phenomenon of glue tailing. In order to avoid seizures, after closing the rubber head, delay for a period of time until the glue water is finished, and then perform the follow-up action. 3、拉絲高度

由于某些膠水的黏度較大，在勻速遲緩上抬一段間隔才干將膠絲拉斷，不影響涂膠軌跡，這段間隔稱為拉絲高度。
Because of the high viscosity of some glue, it is only by raising a interval at a constant speed and slowly that the glue can be broken without affecting the glue trajectory. This interval is called the drawing height.
4、上抬高度
4. Uplift Height
當一段軌跡點膠完畢后，空移下一段軌跡的起點時，為了避免膠頭撞針，在完畢點將膠頭上抬一段高度保證膠頭平安不撞針，再空移下一段軌跡的起始點，這段高度稱為上抬高度。

5、提早關膠

即提早關膠間隔，是指在連續軌跡涂膠中，在抵達終點之前先關閉膠頭，以余壓和余膠走完后一段軌跡，防止完畢段堆膠。這段軌跡的長度即“關膠間隔”。
That is to say, early shut-off interval refers to closing the rubber head before reaching the end point in continuous trajectory gluing, so as to prevent the glue stacking after the trajectory is finished with residual pressure and residual glue. The length of this trajectory is the "glue closing interval".
6、完畢動作

在整個示教軌跡點膠完畢后，為了便當取放工件、進步加工效率或者消弭加工誤差，用戶能夠設定膠頭挪動規范位置，或加工文件起點，或加工檔完畢點，或復位，或停止檔銜接。這個工程稱為完畢動作。
After gluing the whole teaching trajectory, in order to take and place the workpiece conveniently, improve the processing efficiency or eliminate the processing error, the user can set the glue head to move to the standard position, or the starting point of the processing document, or the finishing point of the processing file, or reset, or stop the connection of the files. This project is called completion action.
7、斜拉上抬
7. Cable-Stayed Uplift
由于膠水黏度，在關膠后直接停止拉絲動作不能到達拉斷膠絲效果，或者拉出的膠絲外形不契合請求。因而在關閉膠頭后，執行斜拉上抬動作為拉絲做準備
Because of the glue viscosity, the effect of breaking the filament can not be achieved by stopping drawing directly after closing the glue, or the shape of the pulled filament does not meet the requirements. Therefore, after closing the rubber head, perform the pull-up action to prepare for wire drawing.
8、膠水加熱
8. Glue heating
能夠試著將膠水加熱到一個合適的溫度，增加的膠水的活動性，也可從某種意義上處理拉絲!留意加熱的溫度不可過高!
Can try to heat glue to a suitable temperature, increase the activity of glue, can also handle wire drawing in a sense! Note that the heating temperature should not be too high!
