雙道密封工藝，道密封選用的是丁基膠，其主要作用是將鋁條固定在適宜方位上，降低水汽及氣體在邊際的滲透性。中空玻璃的第二道密封膠有硅酮密封膠、聚硫密封膠、聚氨酯密封膠幾種，分結(jié)構(gòu)性安裝和非結(jié)構(gòu)性安裝。第二道密封膠在中空玻璃中的作用是：一是起密封作用，即堅持空氣層內(nèi)的氣體，然后有利于中空玻璃的性能堅持;二是起粘結(jié)作用，即把各元件結(jié)實的銜接在一起，堅持中空玻璃的結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定。

剖析雙組份打膠機常見問題的處理方法--不粘

1、事前是否按標準做相容性測驗
1. Is the compatibility test conducted according to the standard in advance
2、維護時間短就進行剝離性粘結(jié)測驗，維護溫度較低(尤其在冬天)

3、中空玻璃打膠機泵的氣壓缺乏，導致膠混合不勻，粘結(jié)作用要差些，同時容易形成槍頭壓力缺乏，打的膠縫不細密(密實度不行)

4、設(shè)備故障問題，導致膠混合作用欠安。假如打膠機的氣缸密封墊磨損的時分，就會導致不一致的固化劑混合入膠內(nèi)，AB泵工作行程不同步或者不匹配，AB組分混合不均勻，呈現(xiàn)花膠情況。有些在剛打完膠時還查看不出來，等膠干透了，就會透過玻璃看到花膠。可選用接連擠出測驗來判斷一下，即在一張平板上來回打出一條蛇形的密封膠，時間維持在三到五分鐘，讓泵少運轉(zhuǎn)2個周期，查看是否存在異常情況(即所謂的軟點)。

Continuous extrusion test can be selected to judge, that is, a snake shaped sealant is punched back and forth on a flat plate for three to five minutes, and the pump is allowed to run for at least two cycles to check whether there are abnormal conditions (i.e., the so-called soft spot).

6、溶劑不符合要求，或未干透等。特別需求留意的一點是膠在維護的階段，膠的固化和膠的粘結(jié)性建立是獨立的，就是說就是膠到達徹底固化，并不意味著膠和基材建立了徹底的粘結(jié)性。尤其對雙組份來說特別顯著。因而，玻璃單元接受應力前要答應有滿足的時間來建立粘結(jié)性，這一點非常重要。
