中空玻璃雙組份密封膠使用時(shí)產(chǎn)生氣泡的解決方法
一、解決含氫硅油產(chǎn)生氣泡的控制方法：嚴(yán)格把好原材料關(guān)，不能采用能與基料縮合脫氫的原材料，尤其是原材料中摻雜有微量含氫硅油等脫氫的物質(zhì)，避免氣泡的產(chǎn)生。

二、因環(huán)境溫度、濕度較高或B組分添加過量等原因造成的固化反應(yīng)過快，導(dǎo)致雙組份密封膠反應(yīng)釋放的小分子副產(chǎn)物不能及時(shí)排出來所形成氣泡。解決此問題的方法：

1、控制中空玻璃生產(chǎn)的環(huán)境溫濕度，避開高溫雨天施工。

2、嚴(yán)格按照產(chǎn)品說明書提供的比例進(jìn)行計(jì)量配比；

3、不定期檢查，如打膠泵、調(diào)比機(jī)構(gòu)、混膠器、打膠槍等，從而確保混合比例的正確。

三、在發(fā)現(xiàn)雙組份硅酮漏氣時(shí)并導(dǎo)致玻璃膠產(chǎn)生氣泡，輕微的漏氣，可以通過對(duì)膠泵的螺絲實(shí)施旋緊處理，如果漏氣特別嚴(yán)重時(shí)必須更變新打膠泵或更換被磨損的密封墊。
3、 In case of air leakage of two-component silicone, bubbles will be generated in the glass adhesive. For slight air leakage, the screws of the adhesive pump can be tightened. If the air leakage is particularly serious, the adhesive pump must be renewed or the worn sealing gasket must be replaced.
四、施工不規(guī)范引起的汽泡：一般這種情況與打膠過快有關(guān)，所以此種情況出現(xiàn)的氣泡一定要注膠壓力適度，混合后的雙組份密封膠應(yīng)沿一個(gè)方向涂膠，擠膠動(dòng)作應(yīng)連續(xù)、均勻、膠槍移動(dòng)速度以始終保證擠出的膠在槍嘴的前方為準(zhǔn)，即“推著膠”運(yùn)動(dòng)。
4、 Bubbles caused by nonstandard Construction: generally, this situation is related to too fast gluing, so the bubbles in this situation must be injected with appropriate glue pressure. The mixed two-component sealant should be applied in one direction, the glue extrusion action should be continuous and uniform, and the moving speed of the glue gun should always ensure that the extruded glue is in front of the gun nozzle, that is, the "pushing glue" movement.
五、解決手工混膠產(chǎn)生汽泡的措施：手工混膠時(shí)一定要混合均勻，混膠時(shí)順著一個(gè)方向混合，該方法引進(jìn)的氣泡少，雙組分膠充分?jǐn)嚢韬螅霉蔚栋涯z樣盡量刮平刮薄，擠出氣泡。
5、 Measures to solve the bubbles caused by manual glue mixing: when mixing the glue manually, it must be mixed evenly. When mixing the glue, it should be mixed in one direction. This method introduces less bubbles. After fully mixing the two-component glue, scrape the rubber sample flat and thin with a scraper as far as possible to extrude bubbles.
六、產(chǎn)品選用正規(guī)的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)水平較高的廠家，否則有可能導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)品在出廠前就已經(jīng)裹入了氣泡，從而導(dǎo)致中空玻璃膠在施工中出現(xiàn)氣泡的現(xiàn)象。
6、 The products shall be manufactured by manufacturers with high level of formal production technology, otherwise the products may be wrapped with bubbles before leaving the factory, resulting in bubbles in the construction of insulating glass adhesive.
七、雙組份密封膠在換桶不當(dāng)也會(huì)引起氣泡，所以我們要采取規(guī)范的換桶法，如：在換桶后打開排氣閥，使壓盤內(nèi)氣體全部排放完，并有少量膠從排氣口溢出時(shí)，并閉排氣閥，然后開機(jī)打膠。
7、 Improper barrel replacement of two-component sealant will also cause bubbles, so we should adopt a standardized barrel replacement method. For example, after barrel replacement, open the exhaust valve to discharge all the gas in the pressure plate, and when a small amount of glue overflows from the exhaust port, close the exhaust valve, and then start to apply glue.
八、施工后玻璃膠遭到曝曬從而產(chǎn)生氣泡，所以讓膠經(jīng)過一段時(shí)間的固化，表層已結(jié)皮，具有一定的抗曬能力，在這種情況下，玻璃膠產(chǎn)生氣泡的可能性比較小
