1、液壓站系統的壓力，不能調的太高，要根據室內環境溫度等實際情況，調滿足膠嘴正常出膠均勻打膠即可。打開液壓站時一定要打開膠槍，否則B組份管路壓力將升得很高，造成事故。

4、由于每次沖洗混合器不會完全干凈，每次都有少量的混合膠沉積，越來越多，以致堵塞混合器通道，用一段時間后，影響出膠量和混合效果，因此要定期（聚硫膠五天，硅酮膠兩天）清洗混合器。把混合器內的混膠棒拆出，如有損壞更換新的混膠棒。若混膠棒拆不出來，可用火燒掉，注意不能損傷零件螺紋。
