1、雙組份打膠機的壓盤上的放氣閥門要堅持曉暢，要定時疏通和清洗。
1. The vent valve on the pressure plate of the two-component sealant dispenser shall be unblocked and cleaned regularly.
2、正常作業時不要斷氣源，假如發現斷氣源應中止作業。
2. Do not cut off the gas source during normal operation. If the gas source is cut off, stop the operation.
3、若涂膠作業過程中中止時間超過15分鐘以上時，必定要用“沖槍”。本機有報警功用，屆時沒有沖膠會有蜂鳴器報警。

4、定時查看氣源，先應確保運用經枯燥的潔凈壓縮空氣，并定時排放分離過濾器中的積水，查看油霧器中的油是否夠用。

5、雙組份打膠機的組份遇空氣會結殼，影響泵的正常作業和管路的暢通，因而，停機時B組份膠的一切通道在泄壓后均應關閉，使B組份不得接觸空氣。

6、B膠桶內假如要有空氣，空氣將排不出來，B泵將快速往復運動，不能向高壓泵內正常供膠，影響整個體系，因而，須將空氣排出來。辦法是：將壓盤提出從新壓入并放氣。

If there is air in the rubber barrel B, the air will not be discharged, and the pump B will move back and forth rapidly, so it cannot supply glue to the high-pressure pump normally, affecting the whole system. Therefore, the air must be discharged. The method is: lift the pressure plate and press it in again and bleed.
7、液壓站體系的壓力，不能調的太高，要根據室內環境溫度等實際情況，調滿意膠嘴正常出膠均勻打膠即可。翻開液壓站時必定要翻開膠槍，否則B組份管路壓力將升得很高，形成事故。

8、A膠提膠泵連續作業1分鐘以上沒有供膠中止，闡明管路內有空氣，此刻會報警，須翻開泵上管接頭再翻開A膠提膠泵，直到出膠為止，中止并接好接頭，膠槍會出現有空氣的嗶嗶爆炸聲，空氣排凈就好了。
8. The glue pump A has been operating continuously for more than 1 minute without stopping the glue supply. It indicates that there is air in the pipeline, and an alarm will be given at this moment. You must turn over the pipe connector on the pump and then turn over the glue pump A until the glue is released. Stop and connect the connector. The glue gun will have a beeping explosion sound of air, and the air will be exhausted.
9、由于雙組份打膠機每次沖刷混合器不會干凈，每次都有少量的混合膠堆積，越來越多，致使堵塞混合器通道，用一段時間后，影響出膠量和混合作用，因而要定時(聚硫膠五天，硅酮膠兩天)清洗混合器。把混合器內的混膠棒拆出，如有損壞替換新的混膠棒。若混膠棒拆不出來，可用火燒掉，留意不能損害零件螺紋。
9. As the two-component rubber beater will not clean each time it washes the mixer, a small amount of mixed rubber will accumulate each time, which will block the mixer channel. After a period of time, the rubber output and mixing effect will be affected, so the mixer should be cleaned regularly (five days for polysulfide rubber and two days for silicone rubber). Remove the glue mixing rod in the mixer, and replace it with a new one if it is damaged. If the rubber mixing rod cannot be removed, it can be burned off.
