打膠機的操作具體步驟
雙組份打膠機是生產中空、幕墻玻璃的專用設備，可一次完成二道密封中A、B組份混合與涂膠。下面來講講打膠機的操作具體步驟，如下：
The two-component sealant applicator is a special equipment for the production of hollow and curtain wall glass. It can complete the mixing and gluing of components A and B in the second seal at one time. The specific steps for safe operation of the glue dispenser are as follows:
1、接通氣源：
1. Connect the air source:
源接通，調節減壓閥0.4~0.6Mpa，檢查系統有無漏氣現象。然后試運行以下動作：（1）A泵提升；（2）A泵充氣；（3）B泵提升；（4）B泵充氣。注意：提升氣缸提升時，如果兩氣缸不同步，請下降原點后重新操作。
Connect the source, adjust the pressure reducing valve to 0.4~0.6Mpa, and check the system for air leakage. Then test run the following actions: (1) Pump A lifts; (2) Pump A inflates; (3) B Pump lifting; (4) B Pump inflation. Note: When lifting the cylinder, if the two cylinders are not synchronized, please drop to the original point and operate again.
2、將A、B組份膠桶就位，并與A、B膠泵的軸線對中。

以A組份為例：

1)操作手動轉閥，將A泵提升，提升過程中觀察各管路有無拉伸過緊處。
1) Operate the manual rotary valve to lift pump A to. During lifting, observe whether each pipeline is stretched too tight.
2)將膠桶放置在A泵壓膠盤下，開啟膠桶，將其中塑料袋外翻桶外，膠面塑料片取出。
2) Place the plastic bucket under the pressure plate of pump A, open the plastic bucket, turn the plastic bag out of the bucket, and take out the plastic sheet on the plastic surface.
3)使A泵壓盤緩慢下降，壓盤入桶時應使其與桶口對準，將壓膠盤排氣口打開，直到壓盤接觸膠面。待壓盤內氣體全部排放完并有少量膠從排氣口溢出時，即可關閉排氣閥。（提升開關保持下壓狀態）
3) Slowly lower the pressure plate of pump A, align the pressure plate with the barrel opening when entering the barrel, and open the air outlet of the pressure plate until the pressure plate contacts the rubber surface. When all the gas in the pressure plate is discharged and a small amount of glue overflows from the exhaust port, the exhaust valve can be closed. (The lift switch remains depressed)
4)開機試打膠：將主泵氣源開關打開，按下膠槍開關，直A泵里空氣排凈槍口處出膠連續時停止。
4) Start up and try to apply glue: turn on the air source switch of the main pump, press the glue gun switch, and stop until the air in pump A is completely discharged and glue is continuously discharged from the muzzle.
用同樣的方法操作B泵。
Operate pump B in the same way.
4、打膠操作：
4. Gluing operation:
1)松開比例杠桿上的比例泵鎖緊螺釘，將比例泵內外調整所需比例。只有當A膠和B膠的配比達到正常值時，才可進行下面的操作。
1) Loosen the locking screw of the proportional pump on the proportional lever, and adjust the internal and external proportional pump to the required proportion. The following operations can only be carried out when the ratio of glue A and glue B reaches the normal value.
2)置選擇旋鈕于A、B泵開，將膠槍出口對準兩片玻璃的中縫，打開膠槍開關，以適當速度平穩地移動膠槍使玻璃槽內的雙組份膠填滿充實為佳。打膠結束時關閉膠槍。
2) Set the selection knob on pumps A and B, align the outlet of the glue gun with the middle seam of the two pieces of glass, turn on the glue gun switch, and move the glue gun steadily at an appropriate speed to fill the glass tank with two-component glue. Close the glue gun at the end of glue application.
5、更換膠桶：
5. Replace the rubber bucket:
1）當膠桶內的膠用完時，應立即關閉A、B開關，停止打膠。
1) When the glue in the glue bucket is used up, immediately turn off switches A and B to stop the glue application.
2）打開A（或B）膠泵充氣開關，選擇A（或B）膠泵提升機構為上升位置，點動旋鈕使壓盤慢慢提起，此時應注意：膠桶盡量不要離開底盤，直壓盤完全脫離膠桶時關閉A（或B）膠泵的充氣開關。
2) Turn on the inflation switch of A (or B) rubber pump, select the lifting mechanism of A (or B) rubber pump as the rising position, and jog the knob to lift the pressure plate slowly. At this time, it should be noted that the rubber barrel should not leave the chassis as far as possible until the pressure plate is completely separated from the rubber barrel, and turn off the inflation switch of A (or B) rubber pump.
3）撤出空桶，將新膠桶置于工作位置，重復第3、4、項操作。
3) Evacuate the empty bucket, place the new glue bucket at the working position, and repeat the operations 3 and 4.
1、膠槍：因雙組份膠是由兩種膠混合而成的，其凝固速度與環境溫度和A、B膠的比例有關，混合后的膠一般在20分鐘之內就會反應固化。所以，當設備在正常打膠后，20分鐘之內不使用就須將混合后的膠沖洗出來，以免堵塞混膠器和膠槍。
1. Glue gun: since two-component glue is made of two kinds of glue, its solidification speed is related to the ambient temperature and the proportion of glue A and B, and the mixed glue will generally react and cure within 20 minutes. Therefore, when the equipment is not used within 20 minutes after normal glue application, the mixed glue must be washed out to avoid blocking the glue mixer and glue gun.
具體操作：將B泵關閉，打開B膠回流開關然后打開膠槍，膠條為白色即可。
